The EMAD heavyweight series includes two damping rings for maximal attack and low-end tones. The unparalleled standard: Externally Mounted Adjustable Damping (EMAD) system provides the drummer with a possibility to adjust the attack and focus of the bassdrum without removing the drumhead.
