Inge Peters

Inge Peters is a very passionate bassoon teacher and also a sought after substitute in both amateur and professional orchestras. She is also co-initiator of this 1st Adams Bassoon Festival.

Inge Peters (1988, Belgium) received her first bassoon lessons at the Beringen Stedelijke Academie with Filip Neyens and Bert Helsen (both NOB).
She graduated from the Lemmens Institute in Leuven with Dirk Noyen, where she also obtained her pedagogical diploma. Furthermore, she completed her Master's degree in chamber music at the Conservatory of Maastricht with Albrecht Holder, Valentino Zucchiatti and Jean Hellenbrand (contrabassoon).
Inge also followed several master classes for both bassoon and contrabassoon. 
Inge has performed with various orchestras, including the Royal Munt Theater Brussels, the Antwerp Philharmonic, Theater Aachen, 't Muziek Frascati, NOB (National Orchestra Belgium) and wind orchestras St. Michaël Thorn and St. Lutgardis Hulst-Tessenderlo.
Furthermore, Inge Peters is a passionate chamber musician.
Currently, Inge is a teacher at the Urban Academies of Beringen, Genk, Maasmechelen and Neerpelt.
