The parcel service (we do not use the ordinary postal service) will deliver on working days between 9.00 hrs. and 18.00 hrs. If the delivery person finds you not at home, he/she will leave a note in your letter box. In this note, you will find the parcel number and a telephone number. Using these, you can contact the parcel service to make an appointment for the delivery.
The standard warranty term is 12 months, unless otherwise indicated by the manufacturer. To our second-hand products, a warranty term of 6 months applies. Products that have clearly been damaged or overly worn because of injudicious use are not covered by the warranty.

If the delivery is damaged, please refuse to accept it from the parcel service. Once accepted, please inspect the shipment for damages, defects and incompleteness.
