Sebastiaan Molenaar

Versatility has always been one of the keywords for describing Sebastiaan's personality. From the days he was living on a houseboat in the center of Amsterdam, as skateboarder or as drummer in punk bands. In 2005, he moved with his family from the Netherlands to Norway, and by coincidence got in contact with a local brass band and started playing classical percussion by the age of 18. Already in one year he was accepted to study at the Norwegian Academy of Music and later finished his Master degree in orchestral percussion and timpani in 2017 at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.
