Born in Villa de Cura, Venezuela, Oscar began his musical education at a young age at the Escuela de Música Ángel Briceño, under the guidance of his grandfather and mentor, Germán Cordero. At just 14 years old, he became a soloist with the Orquesta Sinfónica de Aragua and quickly made a name for himself in the worlds of Latin and jazz music.
