Alp’Penta Brass
Founded in 2022, the Alp'Penta Brass Quintet brings together five musicians from the Swiss and French Alps region, playing as soloists, in orcherstras and teaching in the Franco-Swiss region. They share two great passions: Music and brass instruments! It's this passion that drives this quintet to play, both on big stages like the brass festival "Le Son des Cuivres" in Mamers, in the magnificent cathedral of Chambéry in a concert with organ, or in lively open-air concerts.

Alp'Penta Brass doesn't hesitate to break the boundaries of musical genres to explore new sounds with freshness and spontaneity. From J.S. Bach to Piazzolla, from traditional repertoire to arrangements of film music or much more jazzy tunes from Gershwin and Irving Berlin, the quintet sets itself apart by playing by heart almost exclusively pieces written or arranged by its own members!
