Jirapat Praeprasert

Jirapat Praeprasert is a Thai musician, he is also a euphonium instructor in several universities and high schools including Kasertsart University, Silpakorn University, Mahidol University, Royal Thai Navy School Of Music, Princess Galyani Vadhana Institue of music and Assamption Thonburi School.

He has started his career since he was in high school and it has become his life.

He graduated his bachelor's degree in music from Kasetsart University and played in the symphonic band with Kasetsart University Wind Symphony since 2007.

Then, he graduated his master's degree in 2013 and has started to play in a brass band with Mahidol Brass Band.

Since he has been inspired by the brass band, he finally became one of the team who formed "The Green Brass Band" which first performed in 2014.

After forming The Green Brass Band, The Lion Brass Band invited him to join them in Singapore Low Brass Festival 2016. He also joined the competition and won the 2nd prize.

He has also played in an orchestra with Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra Band. Moreover, he is one of the team members who forms ensembles, brass quartet and tuba ensemble band. He still plays in Wind Symphonic Bands including Nontri Orchestra Wind, Million Wind Philharmonic and Feroci in the position of a principal euphonium.

He also had a great opportunity to play with the famous conductor, Douglas Bostock.
Moreover, he took the master class with Steven Mead, Bastien Baumet, Gary Curtin and Glenn Van Looy. He also joined the duet brass band with Glenn Van Looy in 2018.
