Instrument Rental Procedure
Music schools, music associations, and parents of students often face the same question with young musicians: will they stick with it, or will they quit after six months, losing interest in the newly purchased instrument?
Rental Procedure
When you collect a rental instrument, we will prepare a rental agreement. You will need to present valid identification. The agreement must be signed on-site, and the rental fee for the first six months must be paid in full upfront. This amount also serves as a deposit.
At the end of the first six months, you will receive a notification from us, and you will have three options:
- Extend the rental period for another six months. You pay the six-month rental fee again in advance.
- Purchase the rented instrument, and the full rental fee paid will be refunded.
- Stop renting and return the instrument. You may also return it by post, with postage paid.
At the end of the second six-month period, you will receive another notification, and you will have two options:
- Purchase the rented instrument, with 80% of the total rental fee paid refunded.
- Stop renting and return the instrument. You may also return it by post, with postage paid.

Rental Terms
- The dates stated on the rental form are binding.
- The renter is fully responsible for any damage to the instrument, regardless of how it occurs.
- The renter is responsible for regular maintenance.
- Repairs or adjustments must only be carried out by Adams Muziekcentrale B.V.
- Repair and/or cleaning costs will be charged to the renter if the instrument is returned in poor condition.
- The instrument remains the property of Muziekcentrale Adams B.V. until fully paid.
How to Obtain the Instrument
You can pick up the instrument at our store or have it shipped. You can place an order via phone, fax, or email.
Before shipping, we will ensure the instrument is ready to play. The rental contract will be sent in duplicate, and you must return a signed copy along with a valid ID. Once received, we will ship the instrument via cash on delivery.
