Auditioning for an Orchestra job? Need some help and tips? Gareth Davies has been principal flute in the London Symphony Orchestra for 21 years and played on both sides of the screen. He has been on the panel for hundreds of auditions and knows how overwhelming it can feel to be auditioning and importantly, what orchestras are looking for.
