Rental procedure

When you come to pick up a rental instrument, we will draw up a rental contract. Please make sure to have a valid identity card ready. You will sign the contract there and then and pay the rental fee for the first 6 months in full. This rental sum will also act as a deposit.

After the first 6 months, you will receive a message from us, in which you are given three options:

1. You may prolong the rental period for another 6 months. You can do this once. Again, you will pay 6 months rent in full.
2. You purchase the rented instrument, and you will be reimbursed the rental sum in full.
3. You terminate the rental agreement and return the instrument to us. If you like, you may return the instrument by fully prepaid mail. 

After the second term of 6 months, you will receive another message from us, in which you are given two options:

1. You purchase the rented instrument, and you will be reimbursed 80% of the rental sum.
2. You terminate the rental agreement and return the instrument to us. If you like, you may return the instrument by fully prepaid mail.
