Repair Status
To avoid coming to pick up an instrument that has not been completely repaired yet, please follow the status of the repair job online, using a track number. You will find this tracking number on the repair form you received when handing over your instrument. If you have any questions about the repair job, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone or e-mail.
Enter your tracking number here and press 'status'.
Tip: If you double-click on the input field, a list with most recently used tracking numbers will appear. In the latest version of Internet Explorer, such is list is no longer stored by default. You can change this setting in the menu Extra, Internet options. Here, you will find the tab 'Content' with the item Autocomplete. Press the button Settings and tick the box next to forms. After pressing OK and restarting your browser, the convenient list will be active from that moment, and become visible by double-clicking on the input field.
